ALL POSTSItems going up in value?
<p>I remember playing back when alpha armor was worth 1-2 good longs and pets, such as the mantis, were worth hardly anything. Other items, such as the black long, have tripled in price; well from at least what I can remember it being worth; a few good longs.
</p><p>What's caused this change? I'm generally curious and haven't played for several months so maybe I missed some major rarity values during that time idk
</p><p>(is it because they are getting older and less frequent in aj?)

<p>Well as all i can think off it could be because :
</p><p>
1. Wildworks (creator of animal jam) and jazwares toys (hope i said that right ._.) didnt work together anymore :o so aj merchandise are discontinued. But theres still a few in other countries </p><p>
2. In 2020 Flash will no longer work in animal jam (its why it changed name to aj classic and ajpw to animal jam) </p><p>
3. Because of the lack of updates most items are in high demands </p><p>

<p>If flash went down, ya cant play aj in normal websites :T aand it miight cause errors (i think) also the majority is cause Most people who used to play aj already grew old of it. And since aj lacked of updates, more people quit animal jam.

<p>ikr, i was shocked to come back to see people offering solids for pet squirrels. there are a lot more pet collectors now + promo pets are in high demand generally.

<p>Yea xd aand dont forget the tails ._. Such as skunktails and double tails. Those have seperate reasons... Thayre just good looking tail items ._. No srsly.. Because of that people have high demands on the trade, making it rarer and rarer xd. I lost my purple skunk tail back then for purple short and pink double tail for yellow short :'v *they went up-

<p>yep ^^ same with promos. they're not as high demand as pets or skunktails, but clothing promos have gone up a good amount
