A person came to my den and asked to trade me for around 6 Colored Alpha Items.
They didn't have individual long wrists/den betas to trade me, so asked if I could trade up to something on their list (lowest-worth thing was worth good short, highest-worth was multiple solids).
I decided to trade for their Snow Ruff, which is worth a Red Long according to wiki and has decent demand right now.
The items they wanted were, Sir Gilbert's Violet Amulet, Cosmo's Green Gauntlets, Peck's Yellow Helmet, Liza's Red Helmet, and Cosmo's Blue Helmet, which is altogether worth about a bad-decent long.
They then asked if they could also have the Graham's Red Amulet, which is another 1-2 den betas (alongside the Sir Gilbert Violet Amulet), which would add up to 2-4.
I told them that my trade of Colored Alpha Armor items (plus an orange long) was worth up to 6 more den betas than the Snow Ruff, which is worth a red long (20 den betas).
They argued that the demand of the Alpha items compared to the Snow Ruff made it fair.
I accepted the trade, because yeah, Colored Alpha Armor isn't super popular right now, but it still felt like probably a den beta or 2 over, assuming the Amulets were just a den beta each.
What do you guys think??
