Okay so i was in coral canyons lf the last rim, the red and blue candle thingy

And i saw this person wearing the candle hat and A LEG ARMOR BUT NOT ANY IT WAS LIKE RED AND BLUE AND I CANT FIND IT IN THE RIM SECTIONS OF THE WIKI SO PLEASE HELP ME GUYS..
