Hello all, I recently came into possession of a default 2017 banner. The item looks normal and has no obvious differences at first, but I've noticed that when I place it in my den and attempt to rotate it, I can not rotate it back no matter what.
I've logged out of my account since this, as well as shutting down my laptop entirely (it has been a few days), so it wasn't a glitch that could be fixed by restarting the game again or anything. Also, you can take the item out and put it back in, but this doesn't make it start working properly, either.
I looked to see if anyone else had any similar problems with this banner, or any of them in general, but I hadn't found anything. So, is this a glitched item? Would it be worth anything more than its default value if it is glitched?
