Does anyone know how to fix this i tried logging in to an alt after a while and its saying this, i reset the password twice already but it's not working
Maybe try clearing the cache on the animal jam app if youre still having trouble. It happened to me once and i couldn't log in but clearing the cache helped. I reccomend looking up a tutorial since its been a while since I've done it
