No, it is not, unfortunately! You can't get spike collars from TFD anymore. You can, however, get spiked wristbands! The most you can get from TFD is a black long wrist.
You can get den betas and wood floor and the rare claw if you grind long enough. Those are the main good items - I've never got a spike before so I highly doubt it
