This has already been said but fidgeting rlly helps, i always bounce my legs and arms, tap my feet, sometimes i try to form patterns or shapes with my movements in my mind (if that makes sense); getting up and exercising (going for a walk, hike, run, bike ride, even just doing a few jumping jacks or something) can also help to get rid of excess adrenaline! its gotta go somewhere lol. distractions in general are also great, i like to try and focus my mind on something i enjoy like drawing, or ill talk to someone about something non-anxiety related

A solid at least! ur art is lovely

Your art is so nice! how long does it take you? i would guess 2 ish hours per halfbody like you've shown above, in which case i would charge at LEAST a solid. ive seen many aj selling accounts who sell solids for 1 dollar or less as a baseline price; it doesn't translate directly, but when you charge a decent long, you're pricing your art at barely a dime! it's worth much more than that.

And people will easily pay 5-6 solids for pieces like this, which take me about 7-10 hours. trust me, especially if you raise the price gradually, people will pay much more than a decent long for your art.
