Imo first try checking with the teachers who are organising the rehearsals and play rehearsals to see if they'll let you skip some (eg shakespeare rehearsal one week, violin the next or if group violin rehearsals occur on several days attend on one of the days the shakespeare doesn't occur on) - unless both rehearsals are very important
Maybe ask your parents for their opinions on the matter - like which they care about more and if they think you can do it - perhaps try and come up with a solution that benefits all of you
As for the concert and the play performance, are they happening at the exact same time? Maybe you could try securing your performance when the play hasn't started yet/ended?
