Important tips I learned from experience:

• If you plan on using a middleman, use one you both know to ensure that neither side will hire an alt. Typically referred to as a mutual middleman. [example: trusted mm in the same wiki]

• Look out for red flags of the proofs being stolen/alted. If the usernames of the person who is advertising are censored in every proof [ask the person for an uncensored version], or the values don't match up with what you're being offered. If the person's argument is that they still have the items they received in the proof, it's important you take note they probably used those items to fake the proofs in first place. Those are common ways people get scammed

• ALWAYS check for scam reports. Search the username of the person you're trading with on social medias because those don't show up on your browser, and then search them on your browser [a new tab in google/firefox/etc]. They tend to be lifesavers.

• If the person argues they're not willing to go first because they "got scammed" they could just be scamming because they've been scammed.

No. Getting scammed by crosstrading in general can be pretty silencing. Your chats get used against you almost never recover the stuff you lose to scammers, and gtting scammed in animal jam is highly normalized.

Its an on-and-off glitch, logging on is pratically lucky. it could be a problem with ur vpn or dns catching up with ur current version of aj. try restarting ur router, i think theres something youre supposed to clear before you restart your router or factory reset ur computer [it keeps all ur data] if most or none of ur devices cant log on. there may also be a problem with your dns connecting with the app itself and/or your vpn.

Switching the vpn and hopping onto a hotspot/different wifi is usually what works for me, and you could do your research on lesser known topics in general aside from ajc that face the same problem and find other solutions. this is just off the top of my head though
