""closely referencing"" could possibly apply but not when the pose/expression base is literally the exact same. its not ""closely referencing"" if the jammer is claiming it to be their own work.

tracing isnt always exactly the same to the lines its copying off of, especially if its on animal jam. a trace is literally the same as stolen art if theyre claiming it to be their own work.

If the base of the drawing, the original traced work, has the artist saying specifically its free to use then whatever! free game! but from what ive seen with this person that is not the case therefore its not just a reference its literally stolen
