I logged on to daily explorer and tried to explain to AJHQ what's happening. The responses I expect are below:
"Your PC is an old model, just go play PW,"
"We're working on it as best as we can!" (what the bot says no matter what)
"We won't give any refunds for people who have wasted membership or time in their day to log on."
What I tried asking them:
"Will the daily spin be reserved?"
"Will people get refunds on buying a membership and not being able to use all of it?"
"Will you at least try to fix one problem in AJC, instead of just telling people to go play PW or get a new computer?"
