The Medusa Mask was first released in October 2011, and was formerly sold at Jam Mart Clothing and The Haunted Forest Shop during the Night of The Phantoms. The original versions were given the Rare tag in 2012 and were replaced with the new versions. Both the original and new versions can be won as a prize in The Forgotten Desert. The newer, non-rare versions return to Epic Wonders annually during the Night of the Phantoms.
