The Rare Sandals were previously sold at the Summer Carnival, and are obtainable through The Forgotten Desert (with the exception of the RIM Sandals, which were never sold in the Summer Carnival). The Rare Sandals were replaced with the non-rare Sandals in the Summer Carnival shop, and are released every year during this event.
